Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Product images are representative; handmade items may vary slightly in appearance
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• All candles are made to order — please allow 2-3 business days for processing
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase

Shipping

We ship across India. Free shipping is available on orders over ₹999. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are limited. Damaged or defective items are eligible for free replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on heavencandle.store — including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs — is owned by Heaven Candle and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Candle Safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Trim wicks to 5mm before each use
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Heaven Candle is not liable for misuse of products

Limitation of Liability

Heaven Candle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
