Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.
Unused & Unopened Items
Unused candles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping. Items must be in the same condition you received them.
Used Candles
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on burned or used candles. We appreciate your understanding.
